What is included in the base price?

Every inspection includes 200+ checkpoints, an RHI certified inspector, same-day report with photos, severity ratings, and repair cost estimates. Drone, thermal, and AI analysis are popular add-ons shown during booking.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay plus HST. Pre-1980 homes may carry a $50 surcharge due to extended inspection time — disclosed before you book.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected after the inspection is complete. No credit card required to book. Sellers can opt to pay on closing.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime before the inspector arrives at no charge. We understand deals change.

How does the price change with add-ons?

You choose your add-ons during booking and see the total update live. Drone ($75), thermal ($75), and AI score ($49) are pre-selected as recommended but you can toggle any of them off.

Is the report delivered same day?
