How every system gets the Dual-Layer treatment
Layer 1 — Physical Inspection
Your RHI certified inspector physically examines every accessible component of every system above, using thermal imaging, moisture detection, and drone documentation where the system calls for it.
Layer 2 — AI Analysis
Every photo and thermal frame is analyzed by AI for patterns the human eye can miss. Findings are cross-referenced and verified before they appear in your report.

What we inspect — common questions
What does a home inspection cover?
Every inspection covers all 8 systems on this page — 96+ individual checkpoints — documented with photos and thermal imaging in a same-day report.
Is anything excluded?
A home inspection is visual and non-invasive: we inspect every accessible component but do not open walls or dismantle equipment. Anything we could not access on the day is noted in the report, so you know exactly what was and was not seen.
How long does it take?
A typical detached-home inspection takes 2–3 hours on site. The report covering every system above is delivered the same day.
